The Directorate of Properties of the National Development Corporation (NDC) intends to lease its following properties located in Memar City Township, Qasaba area, District 15 of Kabul City, for a period of three years:
- Almas Third Market: Shop numbers (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 15, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 28).
- Relating to Almas Fourth Market: Shop numbers (1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 9, 10, 11, 14, 16, 17, 20, 22, 24, 25, 27).
- Relating to the First Old Block: Shop numbers (3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 11, 12, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20).
- Relating to the Ninth Old Block: Shop numbers (18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26).
- Relating to the Tenth Old Block: Shop numbers (2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14).
Therefore, all legal and natural persons interested in the aforementioned property contracts are requested to submit their applications by the 16th of Dalw (March 7th), specifying the property details, to the National Development Corporation (NDC) office located in the Qasaba area, District 15, Kabul City. The bidding documents (Terms and Conditions) are available for review, and the guarantee is collected in cash.
