The National Development Corporation (NDC) hereby announces the lease of the following properties through a competitive tender (auction) process for a period of three (3) years:
1. Shops No. 4 and No. 5 in Phase 3 of the Emirates Township
2. Shop No. 6 in Phase 2 of the Emirates Township
3. Shop No. 7 in the Qasaba Market
4. Shop No. 9 in Market No. 2 of the Khwaja Rawash Township
5. A vehicle repair workshop with an area of 292 square meters located in the Memar Shahr Township of District 15, Kabul city
6. Metal booth No. 2 with an area of 9 square meters in the Emirates Township
All interested individuals and legal entities wishing to participate in this leasing process are hereby invited to submit their official applications, clearly specifying the desired shop number, to the NDC Central Office located in Qasaba, District 15, Kabul, on or before 24 December this year.
All terms and conditions are available for review, and the security guarantee will be accepted in cash only.
