The National Development Corporation (NDC) intends to sell 15,000 tons of cement to be produced by the Jabal al-Saraj Cement factory for the fiscal year 1405 (2026-2027) through a public auction (bidding) process.
Accordingly, all interested individuals and companies wishing to participate in this bidding process are requested to obtain the relevant tender documents (Terms and Conditions) from the National Development Corporation’s headquarters, located in Qasaba, District 15, Kabul. All sealed bids must be submitted to the Public Relations Department of the National Development Corporation from the date of this announcement until Wednesday, May 13, 2026.
Please be advised that late submissions and online bids will not be accepted. The public auction session is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, May 13, 2026, at 10:00 AM in the conference hall of the National Development Corporation’s headquarters.
