The National Development Corporation (NDC) hereby announces the lease of the following properties through a competitive tender (auction) process for a period of three (3) years:
1. Shops No. 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 9, 11, 13, 14, 15, 17, 18, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33 in the First Market of Khwaja Rawash Town.
2. Shops No. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 9, 11 in the Second Market of Khwaja Rawash Town.
All interested legal and official entities wishing to participate in this contract are hereby invited to submit their official applications, clearly specifying the property details, to the National Development Corporation (NDC) Central Office located in Qasba, District 15, Kabul, by 10th January 2026. The terms and conditions can be reviewed, and the guarantee will be accepted in cash.
