The Real Estate Directorate of the National Development Corporation hereby announces the offer to lease the following properties to eligible citizens under a contract period of three years:
1. Shops No 1, located in Phase 1 of Emirates Township — applications accepted within 21 days.
2. Shop No. 4, located in Phase 3 of Emirates Township — applications accepted within 14 days.
3. Shop No. 2, located in Phase 3 of Emirates Township — applications accepted within 14 days.
Interested applicants wishing to enter into a lease contract for any of the above-mentioned properties are requested to submit their applications specifying the desired property details to the Central Office of the National Development Corporation (Qasaba, District 15, Kabul).
