Announcement of Property Leasing by the National Development Corporation The Real Estate Directorate of the National Development Corporation hereby announces the offer to lease the following properties to eligible citizens under a contract period of three years.

1. Booths No. 20 and 21, each measuring 4 square meters, located in Emirates Township — applications accepted within 7 days.
2. Typical shop No. 4, measuring 63.5 square meters, located in Qasaba Market — applications accepted within 7 days.
3. Shops No. 4 and 5, located in Phase 3 of Emirates Township — applications accepted within 7 days.
4. Kabura Hotel premises, located within the National Development Corporation compound — applications accepted within 10 days.
5. Shop No. 2, located in Phase 3 of Emirates Township — applications accepted within 10 days.
Interested applicants wishing to enter into a lease contract for any of the above-mentioned properties are requested to submit their applications specifying the desired property details to the Central Office of the National Development Corporation (Qasaba, District 15, Kabul) no later than 7 to 10 days from the date of this announcement.
