The Directorate of Properties of the National Development Corporation (NDC) intends to lease its following properties located in Kabul City, for a period of three years:
1. Shop No. 4 – Phase 2, Emirates Township
2. Shop No. 5 – Phase 2, Emirates Township
Therefore, all legal and natural persons interested in the aforementioned property contracts are requested to submit their applications within 10 days from the date of this publication, specifying the property details, to the National Development Corporation (NDC) office located in the Qasaba area, District 15, Kabul City. The bidding documents (Terms and Conditions) are available for review, and the guarantee is collected in cash.
